Zechs Merquise is at first hidden under a shiny metal mask, but his identity is found out as Relena's older brother, Milliardo. He had escaped during the Piececraft reign and slowly made his way up his own enemies' ranks under the persona of Zechs. He's calm and decisive but at times can be influenced into the corruption of power.
